Meet Mrs. Hang & her family
After losing her husband eleven years ago, Mrs. Hang has worked incredibly hard to support her two children while living with her parents and younger sister.

THE MISSION
Creating more than a safer home.
Mrs. Hang spends around ten hours a day making spring rolls by hand, earning roughly $8 to support her family, while her parents farm for about $2 a day. This project wasn't only about repairing their home — it was about improving everyday life and creating a longer-term source of income through a chicken coop and fifty chicks.
WHAT WE ACHIEVED
Three days. A big transformation.
- Built a new chicken coop
- Provided 50 baby chicks
- Renovated the family bathroom
- Repaired damaged doors and windows
- Made additional improvements around the home
